Aqualane Shores is a waterfront community in the City of Naples located between Port Royal and Olde Naples. Its deep water canals and close proximity to the historic Third Street and Fifth Avenue Shopping Districts make it one of the most desirable waterfront locations in Naples. Access to the area’s best restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico beach front is another great feature of this down town Naples community.
Aqualane Shores was one of the first areas of development in Naples starting back in 1949, the same year Naples became an official city. The first homes were completed in 1950.
There is a volunteer Home Owners Association for Aqualane Shores. Due to the development having started back in the 1950’s there was no legal association formed. The residents decided to form a volunteer association.
